3. User Registration

You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with false information.
4. Influencer Competitions
Rules & Metrics
Competition rules are communicated per campaign. Performance metrics include engagement, reach, content quality, and authenticity. Our decisions on winners are final.
5. Rewards & Incentives
Types & Terms
Rewards may include gifts, gift cards, or tickets. They are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Restrictions
You agree not to engage in fraud, fake engagement, bots, or upload illegal content. Violation may result in immediate suspension.
8. Brand Relationships
Facilitator Role
We act as a facilitator. We do not guarantee sponsorships or payments from brands unless explicitly stated. Separate agreements between influencers and brands are independent of us.
9. Fees and Payments
Terms
Certain services may be paid. Fees are disclosed prior to engagement. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
10. Intellectual Property
Ownership
All platform content (logos, designs, software) is the exclusive property of ASOOBI and protected under Indian law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
Exclusions
We are not liable for indirect damages, platform outages, or algorithm changes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service.
